About Us

Smt. Godabai Govind Karning Memorial Foundation is an organization registered under the karnataka societies registration Act (1960) by an ambitious group of 7 people to improve health, economic & education of poor, needy and unprivileged people.

Organization was named after our great grandmother who was chef of missionary people at mission hospital Sankeshwar. She was very determined towards her work & was a hard working woman.

Objectives

• Creating awareness among people about communicable disease like HIV/AIDS etc.

• To open gym & yoga centers. Also to encourage people about health care.

• To raise awareness about the importance of education, especially in rural areas and to construct schools and colleges in those regions.

• To emphasize the importance of the environment, discourage deforestation, promote tree planting and protect Mother Nature from harm.

• Employment for the unemployed, including widows and handicapped persons.

• To train young girls & women about self-defense and self-professional like small scale industry in home with low budget.

• To offer computer education and establish education centers for competitive exams.
